Originally posted on October 14, 2019, this article is about the experience of seeing the K-pop band DAY6 in concert in Chicago. It features quotes from several concert-goers, a picture from the event, and some commentary on the growing K-pop wave in North America.

This article from December 12, 2019 addresses Saint Louis University’s Chinese program’s near removal and the steps students took to campaign for it. Though the linked letter to the provost no longer exists, it is quoted in the piece, along with several students who were involved with the program.

Stylistically different from my other articles, this article goes into “the people behind the screens” at Saint Louis University’s Information Technology Services (ITS). This feature story was written by thoroughly interviewing several SLU ITS personnel, giving them their well-deserved acknowledgment. This story was originally posted on December 5, 2020.
